Human beings versus other animals

Is it really true that humans are the highest form of animals?

Yes. I strongly believe that humans are the highest form of animals for three reasons:
a) Humans are rational b) Humans have the capability to think, reason out using a language, and internalize c) Humans have the higher-order thinking levels.
